For avoidance of any doubt, these Terms and Conditions shall be applicable to the Multiplexes/Cineplex operated and managed by Aparna Cinemas. Below are the terms and conditions:

1. The seat layout page for Aparna Cinemas is for representational purposes only and the actual seat layout might vary.
2. Ticket is compulsory for children of 3 years & above.
3. Patrons below the age of 18 years cannot be admitted for movies certified A.
4. A baggage counter facility is available at this cinema.
5. For 3D movies, ticket price includes charges towards usage of 3D glasses.
6. Outside Food and beverages are not allowed in the cinema premises.
7. Items like laptops, cameras, knives, lighters, matchboxes, cigarettes, firearms, and all types of inflammable objects are strictly prohibited.
8. Items, like carry bags, eatables, helmets, and handbags, are not allowed inside the theatres and are strictly prohibited. Kindly deposit at the baggage counter of the mall.
9. Patrons under the influence of alcohol or any other form of drugs will not be allowed inside the cinema premises.
10. Tickets once purchased at the cinema box office cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
11. Aparna Cinemas may contact the guest to seek feedback for service improvement.
12. Decision(s) taken by AparnaCinemas shall be final and binding, Rights of admission reserved.
13. Pre-booked food & beverage needs to be collected from the F&B counter.
14. Recording of a film through mobile or camera is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offense.
15. Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the cinema premises. Cigarettes/lighters/matchsticks/Gutkha/Pan masala etc. will not be allowed.
16. Ticket prices are subject to change without any prior notification.
17. For celebrating Birthday parties and special occasions, kindly contact the cinema manager.

Please be advised that the Website/App/Platform is hosted in India. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details. Aparna cinemas will be unable to process exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

The booking shall be deemed to be cancelled in the following circumstances:-

1. The booking is valid only for the viewing at Aparna Cinemas Nallgandla Location only. 

2. The booking shall become valueless and non-refundable if not used on the date specified on its face.

Aparna Cinemas is required to abide by and enforce the age restrictions as specified by the Law for the time being in force. In the event that an authorized Aparna Cinemas representative is of the opinion that the user does not meet the minimum age requirement and the user cannot provide photographic proof that they are of the required age, Aparna Cinemas will not permit entry to that performance or film.

No Cancellation is allowed at Aparna Cinemas once the ticket is booked.

Aparna Cinemas will do everything possible to ensure the show and operating times of the cinema are true to the advertisements. However, due to circumstances beyond Aparna Cinemas’s control, there may be times that a film has to be cancelled or shown at a different time. In this instance, the user may be given a refund of the ticket only. The mode of refund shall be at the sole discretion of Aparna Cinemas. If any show is cancelled or cancellation is done by the management of Aparna Cinemas then the formalities for the same will be taken into consideration. The user agrees not to bring in any action against Aparna Cinemas in such an instance.

The user who has booked for a movie certified as ‘A’, must provide the representative of Aparna Cinemas at the Multiplex/Cineplex with the relevant proof of entitlement when the tickets are being collected or upon entry to the Multiplex/Cineplex.

The Company reserves its rights to suspend the operations of any Cineplex/ Multiplex/Audi due to some exigencies and any offer, scheme, or promotion shall not be valid/ applicable in respect of such Multiplex/ Cineplex/ Audi. The Company shall not be liable for any losses/ damages arising \ connected with such suspension. This clause shall also be applicable and binding on all Company’s agents, partners, and agents, partners of its affiliate/ group companies.

 Warranties and Indemnification

The user represents that he/she is of sufficient legal age to use this service, and he/she possess the legal right and ability to create binding obligations for any liability he/she may incur as a result of the use of this service.

The user understands that he/she is financially responsible for all uses of this service by him/her and those using his/her login information. The user will supervise all usage of the booking facility under his/her name or account.

The user warrants that all information supplied by him/her and members of his/her household in using the booking facility is true and accurate.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time. If we make any changes to the terms and conditions, we will change the “Last Updated” date above. User agrees that User’s continued use of our website/App/Platform after such changes have been published on our website/App/Platform will constitute User’s acceptance of such revised terms and conditions. We will notify User and seek additional consent before using User’s personal data for a new purpose that is inconsistent with the original purpose for which we collected it.
